UBS's remote network monitoring services provide you availability status and performance of your important IT systems such as servers, applications, switches, routers in real-time. We help you identify a network failure when it happens or give warnings of signs of a potential problem, so that you can react to prevent the problem from occurring. With a simple web browser, you can easily access and respond to any incident. For emergency cases, customers can select to receive SMS alerts sent to their mobile phones. Customers will also receive periodical reports on system performance based on results gathered from the real-time monitoring.
